Beer is the New Wine

Beer is the New Wine

I am watching a Food Network or Travel Channel show, Epicurious. The chef is making food with beer AND connecting a particular beer afterward.

It seems that beer is the new wine as there are books about blending food and beer.

There needs to be new food research. Blending food with ones illness and stages thereof.

Beef bourguignon with anxiety, a light salad with a dark depression cycle, a milk shake with OCD etc.

I want to rant on about the silliness of something being the new something else, Beer is the New Wine, but its quite a popular current linguistic notion and I will use it too.

Blogging is good.
